Unfortunately, people might not like them, but guess what? There's a hell of a lot of porn out there that also simulates these sorts of scenarios. These games aren't of the same appeal as the heroic (and villainous) video games though, where you shoot down, blow up, torture and totally destroy enemies (and sometimes innocent AI). It's more entertaining because of the taboo, and that you are not allowed to do it, than the actual acts you are performing in the game. Most people would never dream of doing in real life, the things you can do in video games. Most people can understand that this isn't real, and what you do in the game is not appropriate behaviour in real life. It's possible that people play them, not because they are cold blooded killers, or fantasize about it, but because it's like being in a movie, where you're James Bond and you have to take out spies to accomplish missions. But I agree with you, there's a lot of murderous, destructive games out there. There is no real justification for really thinking this was a good idea in the first place. If we ban this we have to ban all kinds of violence in video games. Preferably nobody should do this and I'm all for a campaign of disapproval, but I just can't be a hypocrite. Do we really need to tell people what they can and can't do in their own homes? Can we really today point at stuff like this and say "this is not allowed" when we allow people to perform genocide and murder? Why leave out rape? Is there not a hypocrisy in singling out this game and games like it. However, is it really any worse than violently killing people with every weapon imaginable with the most graphic detail today's graphics cards can deliver? This kind of game is certainly less worse than murder and mindless killing, but still very offensive. Here we have a game about groping and raping women. Take a look here if you are not familiar with it.Īt first I think well, that is pretty sick. Īll Related Subreddits & Resources Assault & DV Resources #twoxchromosomes on Snoonet Join our Mod Team!
